How do i renew/resubscribe to my subscription?

You can renew your subscription anytime you want, just go to your profile and then click subscriptions, once there you can renew or resubscribe!

We always send an e-mail with renewal/resubscribe instructions 24 hours before the subscription will end, if you dont resubscribe or renew it your subscription will expire and cancelled automatically.

Please note your URL will always be the same even if you change subscription payment period.

Where can i find URL for the EPG GUIDE?

All URL:s that you subscribe to will show up in the My EPG section under the “EPG in My Subscriptions” tab.

How do i purchase the EPG GUIDE?

To purchase EPG go to the Prices page and click the “Order” Button. Choose your payment intervall 1, 3 or 12 months subscription. Select the EPG you need. After your order is made URLs to your EPG will show up instantly in the My EPG section.

How can i avoid renewing every month?

We offer subscriptions for 1, 3 or 12 months.

You can only change subscription payment period once subscription is expired, if you need to change any active subscription please contact us and we will help you to fix it!

Please note your URL will always be the same even if you change subscription payment period.

I have X EPG spread out on different subscriptions, how can i combine them to 1 subscription and sync payment date?

If you want to combine X subscriptions into one subscription to be able to sync the payment or for easier renewals, please contact us and we will fix it for you!

How do i add more EPG to my subscription?

If you already have active subscription and want to add EPG to it please contact us and we will add it to your existing subscription!

Do you offer support?

Yes! We offer email ticketing support and live chat, for other information please see our Facebook page.

You can sign up and then use our support and create a ticket and ask pre-order questions or what else is on your mind.

What payment gateways can i use?

We offer payments through PayPal.

Do you offer a trial?

Yes! We offer a non-binding 24 hour free trial.

Do you offer refunds?

No! We do not offer refunds, see our terms of use and try our 24 hour non-binding trial before purchasing! If you purchase from us you also agree to our non-refund policy.

Why do i have to pay for this service?

We offer the best EPG service. We deliver the best EPG GUIDE for you! We also add new channels to the EPG as per request and as soon as they are available!

If you don’t mind messing around with EPG software, XML, adjusting timezones, dates, configuration and .ini files and at least maintain the EPG to be functional every day you can create EPG data yourself on your computer.

Can i use your EPG for free?

No! All our data is copyrighted and is limited to be used from one account per user business/provider/user. If you need multiple accounts or more ip-addresses please contact us. We do offer a 24 hour free trial if you want to try our service!

Technical

Can i use the URLs and share them directly to my customers?

You can use any software or panel but if you are directly dispensing the EPG URLs to the customer your account will use to many ip-addresses that is allowed for your account.

If you want to share the URL directly to all your customers please contact us for more information.

Why is the schedule is off by hours or not showing correct programming?

We provide EPG in local or UTC timing. Depending on the software/panel you use the hours can be off or programming is not showing correct. You can try to timeshift in the panel/software if it supports it, please contact us if you having issues.

Why is there no other timezone for the channels?

We provide EPG in local or UTC timing. We can provide you with any timezone you need.

For example: If you need western channels for US EPG ( which is most eastern ) we can provide this for you. Please contact us and we will help you.

Why is EPG not updating in my Software/Panel?

Please make sure you have added and assigned the EPG to your streams before try to update.

Make sure the cronjob is working, if not you might have to setup a custom or run it manually to test. We also recommend setting a cronjob to run every 12 or 24 hours. 1-2 per day is enough to update the EPG.

Will my URL change and do i need to assign all my streams again after the trial ends?

No! The URL wont change and will always be the same so you dont have to setup again in your panel!

What is EPG?

EPG is an electronic program guide, an on-screen guide of scheduled broadcast programming television programs.

What is XMLTV?

XMLTV is an XML based file format for describing TV listings. IPTV providers use XMLTV as the base reference template in their systems, and extend it internally according to their business needs.

What panel/software can I use with this service?

Any IPTV panel/software that supports XMLTV EPG will work! Ministra, Xtream UI, Own closed system/software. If your Panel / Software supports XML as EPG source you can assign our EPG to your business without any hassle! If you dont use any Panel to administrate your channels, please contact us via support ticket and we will help you.

I cant access the EPG from my panel / software anymore?

You have probably reached the maximum amount of IP-addresses that is allowed for your account.

How many days of Program Guide can I see in my EPG?

We offer EPG Guide with upcoming programming for up to 14 days. Depending on the data for some channels and country this can vary. Please try our free trial!

What is Personalized XMLTV File and how to use it?

We will merge all the EPG in your order to one URL/Change Timezone, add company details, or data as you request.  Please note it can take up to 24 hours before its available in the My EPG section after your order is placed.

How often do you update the EPG?

We update all our EPG data once a day so you will always have the latest EPG data!

Do you offer .gz extention?

Yes! We offer XML files with .gz extension!

Do you offer .zip extention?

Yes! We offer XML files with .zip extension! Please contact us!

Do you offer channel Icons?

We don’t have logos for all EPG available yet. Please contact us for more information

I´m a devleoper or a business, are there any resources that help me parsing your file?

I cant get the EPG to work in SIPTV?
