Will my account be charged automatically?
All our subscriptions are non-recurring! (no Auto charge!) and will be expired and cancelled automatically after the select period ended unless its manually renewed from customer.
How do i renew/resubscribe to my subscription?
You can renew your subscription anytime you want, just go to your profile and then click subscriptions, once there you can renew or resubscribe!
We always send an e-mail with renewal/resubscribe instructions 24 hours before the subscription will end, if you dont resubscribe or renew it your subscription will expire and cancelled automatically.
Please note your URL will always be the same even if you change subscription payment period.
How can i avoid renewing every month?
You can only change subscription payment period once subscription is expired, if you need to change any active subscription please contact us and we will help you to fix it!

What is EPG?
EPG is an electronic program guide, an on-screen guide of scheduled broadcast programming television programs.
What is XMLTV?
XMLTV is an XML based file format for describing TV listings. IPTV providers use XMLTV as the base reference template in their systems, and extend it internally according to their business needs.
Where do i find EPG per X channel?
We provide EPG per country and not per X channel. The actual list per each country can vary and change over time.
If you need a trial before purchasing EPG from a country after your free trial, please create a support ticket and we will assist you.
Why is EPG for X Channel not working/updating in my Software/Panel?
We provide EPG per country and not per channel.
The name or the tvg-id of the channel have changed. Check URL for the actual data.
It is possible that the channel or the EPG source was discontinued or removed.
Why is the schedule off by hours and not showing correct programming?
Depending on the software/panel you use the hours can be off or programming is not showing correct. timezone can be changed in the Personalized XMLTV URL, please contact us if you having issues.
Will my URL change after the trial ends?
No, the URL is the same and unique and generated once only for your account.
Why is EPG not updating automatically in my Software/Panel?

We recommend setting a cronjob to run twice per day.

Why is EPG not updating in my Software/Panel?
Make sure the cronjob is working and your software is updating, if not you might have to setup a custom or run it manually to test. We also recommend setting a cronjob to run every 12 or 24 hours. 1-2 per day is enough to update the EPG.

What panel/software can I use?
Any IPTV/software that supports XMLTV EPG will work! Ministra, Xtream UI, Own closed system/software. If your Panel / Software supports XML as EPG source, try our trial!
How many days of Program Guide can I see in my URL?
EPG Guide with upcoming programming for up to 14 days. Depending on the data for some channels and country this can vary. Please try our free trial!
How often do you update the EPG?
We update EPG data once per day.
Your URL:s will update 3 times per day.
Do you offer .gz extention?
Yes! We offer XML files with .gz extension!

I cant get the EPG to work in SIPTV?
SIPTV is using their own EPG and EPG-ID. We can provide SIPTV support as an additional feature for some EPG with matching EPG-ID. Please contact us.
